Reference: 8780 - St Edmund’s and St Joseph’s Catholic Primary Schools * - Address: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk IP33 1QG - Salary: L10 – L14 (£65,010 - £71,682) per annum - Hours: Full time - Contract: Permanent. Required from 1 September 2026 - Predominately based at St Edmund’s Catholic Primary School. - This is an exciting opportunity to take on the role of Head of School (Deputy Head terms and conditions) at the federation of St Edmund’s and St Joseph’s Catholic Primary Schools . We are looking for an experienced, practising Catholic teacher to work alongside the Executive Headteacher and Assistant Head (Curriculum and ECT Lead) as the schools join The Our Lady of Walsingham Academy Trust in September 2026. - The role is non-classed based and involves leadership across both sites with the majority based at St Edmund’s. You will bring your expertise and knowledge of the primary curriculum in supporting colleagues to ensure pupils enjoy a knowledge rich learning experience which promotes inclusion, diversity and excellence.
