Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Human Resources, the Human Resources Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing payroll, HRIS administration, reporting, and compensation programs. This role blends hands-on, day-to-day execution with strategic planning to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of HR services delivered to employees. HR Shared Services support five distinct organizations, each with varying service needs, requiring flexibility, strong judgment, and a service-oriented approach. This is a functional, individual contributor role that is highly hands-on in nature. This is a hybrid position based in our Boston, MA office. What you will do: Payroll (UKG and Workday) - Manage end-to-end payroll operations in a hands-on capacity, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance - Partner with internal business stakeholders to ensure accurate and effective flow of payroll and HRIS data - Collaborate with the outsourced payroll vendor to ensure accurate payroll data entry and issue resolution - Perform second-level audits of payroll, benefits, and HRIS transactions to ensure data integrity and compliance - Troubleshoot and resolve payroll, tax, and sys...
