The Position: Team Lead Engineering Employee Adoption Workforce Enablement (WE) is the home for employee facing products, services, and experiences within RDT. We deliver digital tools, drive adoption, and provide the support necessary to enable the entire workforce, wherever they are, every single day. The Team Lead Employee Adoption is part of Workforce Adoption, Change, Experience and, together with the team, is accountable for driving the adoption of workplace capabilities across all Roche locations. The role leads the Regional Adoption Network and digital adoption initiatives to ensure employees effectively use available tools, platforms, and services to maximize value and productivity, and build trust in RDT offerings.
