THE ROLE: Join our busy Power Projects Team and lead the delivery of innovative HV Transmission projects across Queensland as a skilled Senior Project Manager or an ambitious Project Manager ready to take the next step. Based in our Milton office or North Ryde , you will use your expertise to guide dedicated teams in ensuring the safe, cost-effective, and high-quality construction of HV infrastructure projects that fulfil client requirements, meet KPIs, and achieve financial targets in line with Downer's delivery model framework. Reporting to the Project Director , you will spend time in the office and on-site collaborating closely with a team of construction managers, project engineers, crew leaders, technical staff, and support personnel to efficiently deliver projects. Some of the key responsibilities include: Guide and coach others to promote a Zero-Harm culture proactively and visibly. Responsible for implementing and contributing to developing project delivery plans to manage and control projects.
