About the role As the Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in supporting customers and promoting our innovative range of steel reinforcing solutions for the building, construction, mining, rural, and industrial sectors. This is a full‑time position, working Monday to Friday from 8:15am to 4:30pm. Your responsibilities will include: You will be passionate and enthusiastic about providing outstanding customer service in a busy environment.
