The Alachua WIC Program covers a 10-county area that includes 13 clinic sites. This position is responsible for the coordination and implementation of the WIC/Breastfeeding Program training plans. This position will coordinate with supervisors and Program Manager to determine appropriate trainings, training methods, times, and coordination of programs. Training: Provides training to all employees in each area of the program, including but not limited to the following: - Develops and maintains training curriculum. - Maintains current knowledge of the Federal WIC Program regulations including WIC memos, WIC data system guide, and the DOH Manual 150-24. - Maintains required documentation and records of trainings completed for staff. - Provides mandatory WIC and other...
