IT Operations Analyst

Ecolab is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to to lead incident response and drive service restoration across critical technologies and business services. This role partners closely with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to coordinate communications, manage escalations, and improve incident management practices. What You Will Do: - Own and lead Major Incident Management (MIM) bridge calls from detection through resolution. - Coordinate triage, assignment, and escalation across technical teams to restore service quickly and safely. - Manage stakeholder communications, including status updates, timelines, and impact summaries. - Leverage monitoring and event management tooling to identify, correlate, and track incidents (e.g., SolarWinds, ThousandEyes). - Use ServiceNow to create, manage, and report on incidents, major incidents, and related records. - Support knowledge management by ensuring timely creation and maintenance of runbooks and knowledge articles.
