Downtown Music Publishing is looking for a Global Client Services Coordinator to join the team and support our growing base of music publishing clients! This hybrid position is based in our Nashville location. What you'll do: - Serve as a first point of contact for specific copyright, royalties, and data-based client inquiries - Complete high-level rights management research projects - Provide base-level analysis of royalty inquiries and escalate when necessary - Act as an internal advocate for Downtown clients - Interact across departments at Downtown Music Publishing - Maintain department data resources such as Curve, Airtable, and Google Drive - Assist with onboarding and maintenance procedures for new and existing clie...
