Primary Duties and Responsibilities : includes but not limited to: - Ensures the timely repair and maintenance of all related systems - Assists with preventative maintenance records for all equipment - Safe operation of all associated systems Secondary Duties and Responsibilities: - Accomplishes other service work, as directed - Contributes to the cleanliness of work area Minimum Education and Qualifications: Competencies : Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position: - Four years experience as a Stationary Engineer, central plant operator or millwright in large boiler plant over 1,000 BHP and 3,600 tons of air-conditioning large boiler plant over 1,000 BHP and 3,600 tons of air-conditioning - Must have and maintain an active OE-2, S-2 or S-...
