Recovery Centers of America (RCA) is seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our South Amboy, NJ team. You’ll work closely with patients and the clinical team to provide comprehensive psychiatric care in a supportive, recovery-focused environment. What You’ll Do: - Assess, examine, diagnose, and treat patients with mental illness. - Conduct comprehensive family and individual assessments using psychiatric rating scales, genograms, and other standardized tools. - Develop and implement individualized care plans. - Prescribe and educate patients on medications, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). - Work collaboratively with patients’ families and the interdisciplinary treatment team. - Provide counseling and therapeutic support for conditions like depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, and other psychiatric disorders. - Monitor patients’ pro...
