Job Title: In-Home Dialysis Support (Tehachapi, CA) Location: Bodfish, CA 93205 Compensation: $25 per hour About the Role: We’re seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver who would like to become a Dialysis Care Partner . This role is ideal for professionals who are familiar with dialysis routines are phlebotomists and are open to receiving training on dialysis machine setup and treatment support. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with patient setup for dialysis treatments (e.g., NxStage, Tablo, or similar machines) - Provide companionship, emotional reassurance, and help maintain treatment schedules - Monitor safety and assist with light activities of daily living (ADLs) - Communicate with clinic nurses and care coordinators - Document observations and any concerns during support hours Qualifications: - CNA, Phlebotomy certification preferred - Willingness to be trained on dialysis machine setup and treatment support - Reliable, empathetic, and detail-oriented - Strong interpersonal communication skills - Must pass background check and vetting via Herewith platform What We Offer: - Consistent weekly hours at $25/hour - Stable scheduling tailored to the client’s care plan - Tra...
