Mission: Lead an engineering team in the delivery of camera test and process system solutions to meet production KPI and project milestones. Continuous development of camera standards, test and methods strategy in conjunction with the engineering Resources. Responsibilities: Define the engineering resource requirements for improvement or new projects & assign them to meet specific KPI and project milestones. Provide leadership to that team in both the internal & external development of competence, capabilities and standards. Own and drive the overall delivery of projects and co-ordinate with the team to ensure they are delivered on time and to target.
