Subsidence Consultant Department: Claims Management: Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Home United Kingdom: Reporting To: Patrick Clark: Description: This role sits at the heart of our technical claims operation, providing expert guidance on subsidence issues affecting domestic and commercial properties. You’ll take ownership of your own portfolio of claims, using your professional judgement, engineering knowledge, and problem‑solving skills to drive fair, timely and high‑quality outcomes for customers. Working from a home‑based environment, you’ll combine technical expertise with strong communication skills to support policyholders during what can be a stressful time, ensuring they feel informed, reassured, and treated fairly throughout the process. Key Responsibilities: Skills, Knowledge and Expertise: A recognised professional building qualification (e.g., MICE, MRICS, MCIOB, MIStructE, MCABE) or active progression toward one.
