3 days per week on site in Sheffield Initial 6 Months Contract: £500-£550 p/d As a Senior Java Developer, you will manage the team and contribute to the design and development of end‑to‑end solutions, working across the full technology stack and playing an active role in the continued evolution of a business‑critical platform. Joining a Global team and working collaboratively to deliver a modern and scalable platform. The team is focused on building new micro services as part of an ongoing programme to modernise the existing architecture and progressively decommission legacy systems. Requirements: Key Responsibilities: Deliver high‑quality code into production, supporting the design and evolution of a microservices‑based architecture. Set the pace for delivery across the team, leading by example through consistent and reliable output. Engage closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear, actionable direction for the team.
