Closing Date: 22/05/2026 (subject to change due to volumes of applications) Locations - London, Bristol or Milton Keynes Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, two days working from home About the role: The Transformation Manager will lead a delivery squad within the Supply Chain Improvement Programme, operating as part of the wider One ERP (EE SAP replacement) Programme. The Transformation Manager is accountable for delivering customer‑facing and supply‑chain‑focused initiatives over the next 12 months, turning programme priorities into measurable business and customer benefits. The changes delivered through this role will help prove new capabilities in process, data and ways of working, acting as a foundation and repeatable template for the future full replacement of EE SAP. The role also supports the wider One ERP programme by ensuring delivery is aligned to the long‑term target state and will deputise for the One ERP Programme Manager as required.
