Overview About the Role: The Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Management Officer is responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of commercial real estate loans. This includes underwriting and processing new credit requests, including complex credits and construction projects, as well as underwriting specialty property assets. The role also involves handling renewals and modifications of existing credits, conducting annual loan reviews, monitoring loan covenants, and assessing risk changes based on market and industry conditions. Additionally, this position will report directly to the Real Estate Risk Manager (or their designee) and will be responsible for executing special projects as needed.
