Duration: 6 months (June - December 2026) Location: UK (ideally Manchester area) This is a six‑month maternity cover opportunity within a complex, multinational matrix organisation, offering the chance to play a key role in supporting the business through a period of ongoing transformation. With a primary focus on the UK, the role also provides exposure to international people strategy across EMEA and other regions. Partnering closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders, the role shapes and delivers people strategies that support business continuity, organisational change, and compliance. Combining strategic HR partnering with hands‑on operational delivery, this position is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, international environment and is comfortable influencing at senior level.
