Proposals Manager

Job description

Key Responsibilities: - Lead the full proposal lifecycle from RFP receipt through submission - Author and refine executive summaries, value propositions, and proposal narratives - Drive proposal strategy in partnership with Sales and operational stakeholders - Build, review, and adjust Excel-based pricing models, timelines, and assumptions in collaboration with Finance - Manage internal reviews, approvals, and submission readiness - Support bid defenses and client presentations Required Skills: - Excellent written communication and storytelling skills - Strong Excel proficiency, including pricing models and scenario adjustments - Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority - Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills Experience: Novotech is a global full-service clinical Contract Research Organization (CRO).
