You will wear many hats, not only building a product but a company from the ground up, helping shape it to an exciting and fun place to work. Our product uses cutting-edge machine learning to understand patterns in observability data and uses that information to help companies deliver more reliable software to their customers. As the Head of Eng, you’ll manage the engineering team, inspire and motivate our exceptional ICs, plan and execute on our product, and help make some of the foundational technical decisions for our product.
