The Senior UW - Wholesale portion of this position is responsible for reviewing and underwriting loan requests under Commercial Credit Policy up to TCL $15MM. Underwriting and recommendations should be based on sound credit judgment with particular emphasis on adherence to credit policy and requirements, financial analysis/modeling, risk evaluation and mitigation and proper loan structuring. The Senior UW - Wholesale will perform the functions of the position with periodic oversight and is expected to perform with reasonable to general supervisory intervention. The Senior Portfolio Manager - Wholesale piece is responsible for effective credit administration with particular emphasis on adherence to credit policy and requirements, financial analysis/modeling, risk evaluation, and on-going portfolio maintenance activities. Independently reviews financials and makes recommendations for approval of annual review/renewal and/or modifications within delegated lending authority. - Position is responsible for underwriting and recommending for approval to Credit Officers within SLAs and meeting production requirements.
