Job Overview & Responsibilities Mythics seeks an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Solution Architect with Techofunctional experience in both HCM and FSCM pillars to join our practice. This is a lead role focused on implementing applications and working closely with our customers. Candidate must be proficient in solution design, business process analysis, configuration, testing and system integration. Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagements, ensuring high-quality, integrated software solutions within time and budget constraints. - Re-architecting legacy processes into modern, Fluid-driven workflows/user interfaces and overseeing our transition toward a Cloud-Native/OCI posture. - Work with Project Management in the creation of Project Plans, Timelines, and Work Breakdown Structures. - Assist the technical team with system design and configuration. Design robust REST/SOAP integrations via Integration Broker, guide customers on PUM/ continuous improvement initiatives and OCI Cloud/Lift & Shift strategies. - Actively participate, along with functional team members, in Discovery and Design Review sessions with end-users.
