About the Role: This role exists to strengthen how Enterprise CSM teams—and external partner CSM organizations —are enabled to perform complex system-driven work with speed, independence, confidence, and consistency. Success in this role requires the ability to translate platform and gateway complexity into clear, practical, learner‑focused enablement. This is not a content‑only nor Facilitation only role. The individual will be responsible for planning, designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs end‑to‑end, ensuring training is usable, scalable, and measurably effective.
