Junior Technical Business Analyst

Job description

We are looking for a curious and driven Junior Business/Support Analyst to join our Core Integrations team. This is a hybrid role that combines second-line application support with entry-level business and technical analysis. This role is ideal for IT entry level in fast-changing environment for communicative and energizing people. Tasks and responsibilities: Assist with business analysis tasks such as gathering requirements from users, documenting functional specifications, and validating system behavior against business rules. Contribute to the root cause analysis by correlating technical logs with business process data to provide actionable findings. Act as the second line of support for our solution, handling incidents and service requests. Provide clear, timely communication to end users and stakeholders on incident status, workarounds, and resolutions. Support internal customer’s User Acceptance Testing and assist with basic training and onboarding sessions for new business users interacting with the platform.
