Reporting to the Manager Projects and Engineering, the Asset Management Coordinator is responsible for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Council’s asset management framework, systems and practices. The role leads the Assets Team and works across the organisation to ensure asset management planning aligns with Council’s strategic objectives and community needs. The position has responsibility for the preparation and maintenance of asset management plans, service plans and long-term capital works programs. It also oversees asset data, condition assessments, valuation processes and reporting to support informed decision-making and compliance requirements.
