Our Employee Relations team plays a vital role in creating a fair, consistent, and supportive workplace, and we’re looking for a hands-on Employee Relations Advisor to join the team on a 12-month Parental Leave cover, reporting to the Employee Relations Manager. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll be involved in all aspects of employee relations. You’ll provide practical, people-focused advice to managers and employees, supporting investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and day-to-day HR queries. You’ll also help develop and roll out policies, keep up to date with employment law, and support training and coaching initiatives.
