We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities & Contract Manager to ensure our Narrabeen retirement village operates safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role is essential in maintaining an environment where residents feel confident, comfortable, and supported. In this role you will: Oversee the full lifecycle of facilities operations across the village. Ensure buildings, grounds, and communal areas are well maintained, compliant, and aligned with the Asset Management Plan.
