Schedule: - Monday to Friday - Primarily Day Shift, with some variance as per business needs - Evening, overnight, and weekend call and holiday rotation required Job Description Summary: Manages and supervises specialty radiology procedures, ensuring quality and safety standards are met while maintaining a positive patient experience. Job Description: Essential Functions: - Supervises and coordinates the daily operations of the radiology IR team. - Assigns tasks and delegates responsibilities to team members. - Monitors and evaluates the performance of team members. Monitors the quality of IR procedures and ensures that they meet the required standards. - Develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care. Ensures compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. - Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care. - Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment, and orders as needed. - Ensures that the radiology equipment is properly maintained and functioning. - Trains new team members on IR procedures and safety protocols.
