Boiler Reliability Manager

WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Boiler Reliability Manager. The Boiler Reliability Manager is responsible for supporting WIN Waste Innovations' boiler reliability program to maximize boiler availability across the fleet of operating Waste to Energy facilities. Primary Duties: - Serve as a technical resource within the organization to diagnose, troubleshoot, and document boiler lifecycle maintenance and condition assessment and/or improvement opportunities. - In coordination with Plant Management teams, provide technical support and inspections during scheduled outages to achieve the highest reliability possible within the approved schedule and budget. - Support fleetwide unscheduled downtime events to facilitate making the appropriate repairs and minimize outage duration and financial impact; communicate lessons learned to other facilities in the fleet and to senior management. - Issue fleet reliability reports, outage reports and other technical guidance based on individual plant issues to prevent or mitigate similar issues at other facilities. - Oversee initiatives to identify and develop improvements to predictive, preventive, and spare inventory maintenance programs for...
