Primary Responsibilities: Clinical Support: Assist in comprehensive ENT examinations, including nasal endoscopy, ear cleanings, and minor in-office procedures. Patient Navigation: Educate patients on treatment plans, pre-operative instructions, and post-operative care with clarity and professionalism. Practice Efficiency: Manage patient flow and clinical documentation within our EMR system to ensure a seamless office experience....
