Major Job Activities Key Responsibilities: % of Time Spent 20 15 10 10 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 5 - Supervise A&P mechanics and technicians during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance - Assign work, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met - Perform, inspect, approve maintenance, repairs, and alterations in accordance with FAA regulations - Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and provide technical guidance to team members - Ensure accurate completion of maintenance records, logbooks, and work orders - Operate support equipment required during maintenance action. - Maintain compliance with FAA, company, and safety policies - Coordinate with management, QA, and parts departments as needed - Promote a safe, organized, and professional work environment - Leads aircraft deliveries to ensure on-time departure - Coordinate with site management and other departments to minimize aircraft downtime. - Serve as the primary maintenance point of contact, communicating aircraft status. - Any other assigned duties as directed Material & Equipment Directly Used: Operate support equipment Ground Power Units, Air Start Units, Hydraulic Power Units, Air Conditioning Units and...
