About the Team The Dasher & Logistics team is responsible for ensuring every delivery is completed with speed, accuracy, and a high-quality experience for Consumers, Merchants, and Dashers. The Global Live Operations team serves as the execution arm of the Live Operations Strategy & Operations (S&O) team, supporting real-time decision-making and operational continuity across the marketplace. We partner closely with S&O stakeholders to execute structured workflows, monitor live operations, and respond to disruptions such as severe weather, holidays, and demand spikes—ensuring strategic decisions are implemented accurately and consistently in real time. About the Role: As a Team Lead on the Global Live Operations team, you will manage a small team of Specialists responsible for executing structured, real-time workflows that support DoorDash’s logistics operations. This is a highly execution-focused, player-coach role.
