Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in program management. - Experience in hardware product quality, machine learning, compute, or storage. - Experience working with fiber and copper, networking, and data center cabling. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in electrical, mechanical, or software engineering. - 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience working with structured cabling. - Experience working in data center operations. About the job: The Global Hardware and Reliability team's mission is to inspire people and organizations to be a change agent for improving Google data center hardware deployments, builds, and quality. As a Technical Program Manager, you will drive Google Data Center machine and rack infrastructure quality through managing new product introduction deployments, builds, and quality, and assure continuous improvements in quality from development through full production entry.
