Description PURPOSE STATEMENT: The Director of Innovation is responsible for shaping the strategic foundation of the product portfolio—from insight generation through product concept development and launch readiness for all Blueroot Health brands (Vital Nutrients, Fairhaven Health, Bariatric Fusion, Unjury). This role bridges science, innovation, and brand strategy, ensuring that new and existing nutritional supplement products are rooted in credible science, clear consumer needs, and strong commercial opportunities. The Director of Innovation partners closely with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, and Marketing to translate market insights and scientific differentiation into compelling product strategies that drive growth while maintaining brand integrity and compliance.
