Job Description Summary The Operational Science Leader, reporting to Avenza Senior Operational Excellence Manager, is responsible for measuring and reinforce value stream performance through the analysis of WIP, TAT, and throughput, supporting the achievement of targeted output levels with sustainment of a controlled WIP policy. This role is accountable for establishing and maintaining operational and reporting metrics to effectively monitor and control WIP (total WIP and queue WIP) TAT, and throughput across the site. The Operational Science Leader will play a key role in structured problem-solving initiatives at bottlenecks and drive the mapping and redesign of critical processes to remove constraints that negatively impact throughput and execution performance. As part of the Operational Excellence Team, this role will also support Kaizen initiatives and contribute to the execution of the continuous improvement roadmap.
