JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Account Manager, Service Sales – Global Strategic Accounts is a high-impact, revenue-driving role responsible for accelerating service sales across Vertiv’s full portfolio—Power, Thermal, Energy Storage, and Modular Solutions. This position partners closely with Global Strategic Account Directors, Offering teams, and Services leadership to expand service penetration and unlock growth within a specific set of key strategic accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all Services Sales - including Deployment, Contract, Monitoring & Controls, Repair, and Parts Services - for a specific group of assigned accounts. The may include Services outside of the Americas region as required.
