DENNY’S TO-GO TEAM LEADER POSITION: As a To-Go Team Leader, you play a special role for our guests. You provide them with the convenience of a to-go order and the confidence that their order has been made accurately. Responsibilities include: - Ensuring all orders are delivered promptly and accurately - Assembling prepared food and drink orders - Walking orders to guests inside and outside the restaurant for curbside pickup - Managing transactions JOB DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the General Manager, Restaurant Manager, and To-Go Team Member greets and welcomes to-go order guests and delivery drivers in a friendly and courteous manner, facilitates order consolidation and packaging, receives payment, and assists other service personnel as needed to provide total guest satisfaction. Responds to and address guest concerns.
