Job Description: The Sales Trainee Representative (STR) program is designed to build a strong pipeline of future sales and marketing professionals within the Medical Systems Group (MSG) by developing recent college graduates early in their careers. STRs will officially report to the Regional Vice President (RVP) and will receive structured development and mentoring from the RVP, Executive Account Manager (EAM) , and Executive Leadership Program (ELP) members.
