In this role, you’ll oversee treatment, guide clinical staff, and ensure the highest standards of care and safety. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Hours -Monday - Saturday MWF 5a-4p, TTS 5a-1p Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs: Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery: Build long-term relationships with patients and families Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Schedule can start as early as 4:00am and range from 10 - 16 hours per shift depending on clinic needs Requirements: Dialysis Experience Required for this position Active Ohio RN license and CPR certification 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months dialysis experience Charge RN readiness approval required: ADN required; BSN preferred: ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred CNN/CDN certification a plus: Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook) Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays What...
