Description Klarus Home Health / Jet Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Home Health Sales Community Liaison / Care Navigator to join our team in Dallas, TX and surrounding areas. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales and develop relationships with key accounts, generating referrals and growing the agency's client base for our home health office. Requirements: - Education: Graduate of an accredited college/university preferred - Experience: Previous post-acute healthcare sales experience preferred, especially in SNFs, DME, ortho, and cardiac. Home health sales highly preferred - Skills: Excellent communication, selling, and problem-solving skills.
