The selected candidate will provide legal support to the Boeing Commercial Airplanes Quality, Safety, Regulatory and Engineering divisions. Position Responsibilities: Provide legal support to the Boeing Commercial Airplanes Quality, Safety, Regulatory and Engineering divisions. Provide risk-based legal assessment concerning compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Advise on communications with, and reporting to, regulators and government agencies. Counsel executive leadership on dispute resolution strategies, compliance, ethics and personnel matters, and on the strategic objectives related to the Quality and Safety functions. Manage outside counsel, including establishing outside counsel budgets. Prepare and conduct training on compliance and regulatory matters. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.
