Company: Mercer Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Continuous Improvement team at Mercer. This role will be based in Warsaw (Poland). This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Process Excellence expert to join our team, specializing in driving Continuous Improvement, Artificial Intelligence and Transformation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in Lean Six Sigma methodologies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can facilitate discussions, challenge the status quo, and inspire stakeholders to envision future possibilities.
