The MOCVD Equipment Engineer is responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and improving Metal-Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) reactors used for epitaxial growth of compound semiconductor materials. This role ensures high tool uptime, stable process performance, and continuous improvement of equipment capability to meet factory output and quality targets. The engineer will collaborate closely with Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Facilities, and vendor partners to support a high-volume production environment. Key Responsibilities: Equipment Ownership & Maintenance: - Serve as the primary owner of assigned MOCVD reactors - Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of equipment issues to minimize downtime. - Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans. - Manage consumables, spare parts, and maintenance budget for assigned tools.
