About the role The Electrical Engineer is responsible for the practical implementation, integration, and optimization of electrical systems for industrial machines, robotic cells, and automation equipment. This is a hands-on engineering role with a strong connection to the shopfloor, production, commissioning, and industrialization, not a pure R&D or office-based design position. The focus is on safe, compliant, and manufacturable electrical solutions, ensuring robust industrial execution in accordance with machine safety standards and electrical regulations such as EN 60204 and VDE 0100. Special Note This is not a purely R&D or theoretical design specialist. This role requires hands-on technical ownership—working closely with the shopfloor, solving practical industrial challenges, and ensuring safe, reliable machine operation in day-to-day use.
