Employment Type: Salaried Work Arrangement: Hybrid Position Summary: The Principal Developer Oracle Fusion will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Ventura Foods’ Oracle Fusion initiatives across various tracks, like O2C (Order to Cash), S2P (Source to Pay), R2R (Record to Report), H2R (Hire to Retire), Idea to Market (PLM), Oil Value Chain - Custom built solution extending Oracle Fusion cloud. This role is responsible for the overall architecture of the ERP fusion platform, leading the implementation, supporting the operations, and ongoing optimization of the Oracle fusion platform cross track collaboration. The role also will be responsible for various customizations and extensions of the platform ensuring seamless integration with critical business functions to enable growth, efficiency, and operational excellence. As a principal oracle fusion developer, you will be a technical lead, acting as both architect and hands-on developer, shaping scalable and innovative solutions that advance our business functions like ordering, procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, inventory management, finance, and HR capabilities.
