Construction Coordinator I - SUMMARY: Mortenson is currently seeking a Construction Coordinator I with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Collect and organize punch lists, inventory, work production plans for easy retrieval and documenting - Process invoices and billing under the supervision of project manager and/or project accountant - Train in new project admins/clerks - Perform basic inventory control under the direction of project management staff - Assist with record retention and document controls - Perform basic field quality and safety inspections - Document conformance to plans and specs - Recommend potential solutions - Promote Mortenson’s safety culture - Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels - All other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience on a construction job site preferred - Strong Microsoft Office and internet skills - Ability to learn and utilize differen...
