Job Title: Registered Nurse - Acute General Medicine/Telemetry Department: Acute General Medicine (5400/5500): Location: Rochester General Hospital: Hours Per Week: Part-Time (24 hours per week) Schedule: Nights, Every Other Weekend, Every Other Holiday Sign-On Bonus: Up to $7,500: SUMMARY: As a Registered Nurse (RN), you’re the engine and the heart of patient care at Rochester Regional Health. The Acute General Medicine Unit (5400/5500) provides specialized care for patients facing a combination of substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and complex medical conditions. This unit offers RNs a valuable opportunity to develop and refine their clinical skills in managing patients with cardiac conditions requiring telemetry, diabetes, kidney disease and dialysis, pulmonary issues, and those requiring care involving multiple drips, drains, and catheters.
