This role drives Salesforce-based solutions supporting sales, operations, and enterprise processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and platform best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT leadership, and technical teams. - Lead discovery and requirements gathering for complex Salesforce initiatives. - Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Partner with architects, administrators, developers, and vendors to design scalable solutions. - Provide subject-matter expertise and guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities. - Communicate solutions to offshore development team members - Provide hands-on Salesforce Configuration solutions - Execute system tests, prepare user-acceptance tests,, prepare deployments and conduct readiness, and validate changes post-implementation. - Initiate process improvement efforts. - Contrib...
