Site Coordinator (EDGE Afterschool Program) About JBNC: At John Boner Neighborhood Centers, we work alongside our neighbors on Indianapolis’s Near Eastside to build a thriving, connected community. Our team provides wrap-around support — from financial coaching and career training to youth programs, affordable housing, and wellness services — that empowers individuals and families to reach their goals. Position Overview: We’re seeking a passionate and organized Site Coordinator to support the success of our EDGE (Education, Discovery, Growth and Excellence) Afterschool and Summer Programs. In this role, you’ll help lead day-to-day program operations, support academic enrichment activities, and build strong relationships with youth, families, schools, and community partners. This position plays a key role in ensuring youth receive high-quality programming that supports academic success, social-emotional development, and family stability.
