THE ROLE: The Client Associate is a blended role of Client Coordinator and Client Manager. The Client Associate plays a central role in renewing existing accounts by servicing clients in assessing and fulfilling their needs to the highest standards of satisfaction. The Client Associate is an expert advisor responsible for managing a book of business, servicing clients in a courteous and professional manner, and assisting the producer in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business.
