Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Work Shift: Days/Afternoons (United States of America) The Site Supervisor will assist in managing operations for an urgent care clinic by managing staffing, training, supplies, workflow, billing processes and customer service as well as maintaining a safe, positive work environment. Essential Job Functions: Monitors clinic activity and patient flow to ensure efficient and effective patient care. Participates in promotion of positive culture and teamwork. Demonstrates excellence in care in all interactions, for both patients and internal teams. Identifies opportunities for improvement, troubleshoots issues and/or communicate/escalate timely to Provider, direct supervisor, or other appropriate internal resources. Maintains a safe and supportive environment by keeping the work area, exam rooms, and equipment in clean, orderly, and safe manner. Maintains clinical and administrative skills to meet patient care and daily operational needs. Understands and adheres to the legal responsibilities and requirements within the role.
